cancelled or refunded once the download has commenced. Your contract begins when
you click on the download link and at this time you are agreeing that your cancellation
period has ended.

If you experience any difficulty with digital purchases, please contact us at
enquiries@teachersrock.co.uk or via our online contact form on the website and we will
endeavour to resolve your problem, teachersrock.co.uk will then have no further liability to
you.
